P90X/Rev Abs Hybrid: Days 26 and 27 (Core Synergistics-Fountain of Youth)

I found it odd that Core Syn repeated itself, and there was no Kenpo X during this rest week. Also, instead of 10 Minute Trainer I decided to do Fountain of Youth for my yoga day. It is a good middle-of-the-road yoga workout: Yoga X is too long, but some people say Yoga Flex isn’t even a “true” yoga workout because you spend only a minute in each pose. They say it’s pretty much just ten minutes of stretching. Still, with the super hectic days I have, sometimes that is all I can get in.
