P90X/Rev Abs Hybrid: Day 31 (Back and Biceps)

Tonight is super humid here in upstate NY. I hate when it gets sticky like this! So I had the brilliant idea of taking a “cool down” shower before I started the workout.

It helped…at first. I was all dried up by the time we got to the stretching part of the exercise. In no time the sweat was rolling off me again. Still, I don’t think it was as bad as it could have been if I hadn’t taken that shower.

Now it is time to go on to take shower #2. After that, it will be time to settle in with the wife. She bought Brazil Butt Lift, and tonight she wanted to just watch the DVDs to preview what she is in for. 30-40 minutes worth of butts…yikes!
