P90X/Rev Abs Hybrid: Days 34 and 36 (Power Intervals-Mercy Abs-Rev It Up)

Day 34 was your typical “cram the workout in on the overnight before day 34 became day 35” kind of day. Now with day 36, we have something a little different. It was supposed to be Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. However, since my coworker Mark is healthier, I asked if he wanted to reschedule the workout we missed. He said yes, so I looked ahead to see what days I could switch this week to guarantee him a chest workout. Granted it isn’t as intense as Chest and Back (because you are dividing your time between three muscle groups instead of two), but it should be good enough to let him feel the effect of P90X.

I am 40 years old, divorced, and a father of four kids. I am a practitioner of a self-defense system called wing chun kung fu. My other hobbies include writing, playing guitar, reading, watching movies, and listening to music. Recently I have gotten back into fitness, and this time I am DETERMINED to get the washboard abs...whether my metabolism will cooperate with me or not! The purpose of this blog is to write not only about my hobbies, but also about whatever crosses my mind, whether it is something I don't understand or something that aggravates me. So join me as I indulge my tendency to think too much about topics that don't usually cross anyone else's mind!
