P90X/Rev Abs Hybrid: Day 37 (Fire Up Your Abs-Mercy Abs)

I am very tired, but I didn’t want to have to write two blogs tomorrow. Another fun double day. This was Rev Abs two days in a row because I switched my Saturday and Tuesday workouts. Why? Because my coworker Mark is supposed to come over. His main fitness goal is to build up his chest so, instead of doing Rev It Up, I flip-flopped the routines. Now he will be joining in on the workout Chest, Shoulders and Triceps!
