Another day of pushing beyond my old limits! I used 25-lb. dumbbells for just about every bicep exercise tonight. The only exceptions were the Single Arm Concentration Curls, Hammer Curls and the Crouching Cohen Curls. For those, I used 30 lbs. I tried using 30’s for the In and Out Hammer Curls, but that didn’t turn out too well so I dropped down to 25.
When it came to Strip Set Curls at the end, I thought I could start with 30’s. Not true: I was able to do only six curls out of eight. Still, I think someday soon I WILL be able to start that high.
