My coworker Mark came over to do CST with me yesterday. He didn’t feel it last night, but today at work he felt the soreness in his chest. That’s good because the chest is where he really wants to bulk up.
Unfortunately, today I feel a pain in my right elbow so I will be skipping the “Back” part of “Legs and Back.” Why? Because in this video, all back exercises are pull-ups. I know I probably should modify instead of skip, but I am not sure how. Maybe one of my team members can advise me on that.
