Things have been busy around here lately! Haven’t had a chance to sit down and write about my workouts. Power Intervals was the same old, same old…but something about Chest, Shoulders and Triceps started to get me worried. I had to cut the routine short because I had a pain in my right elbow during push-ups and any kind of tricep extension exercise. As I look back over my blog, I realize I have written “elbow pain” too many times. The first time I remember having it was during push-ups when I was going through Insanity. Every now and then it comes back to haunt me. No idea what’s going on there.
Today was the first time Fat Burning Abs was introduced into the hybrid. It was a blast! I used to hate the fact that Brett’s workouts were the same moves over and over, instead of being a new set of exercises for each round. However, I have come to learn that more exercises make the workout feel too long. For example, there are so many different stretch techniques in X Stretch that it feels like the longest of all P90X workouts!
