P90X/Rev Abs Hybrid: Day 45 (Back and Biceps)

I had to get my workout done while I was on a three-way call with my coach and a new team member that I just recruited. Hopefully they didn’t mind the heavy breathing.

My elbow still felt a little tweaked, so I went for the bands option instead of actual pull-ups. I don’t know if this just continues to aggravate the situation…if I should just stop exercising completely for a little bit…or just skip anything that might strain my elbow more, which pretty much means ANY arm exercise, of course!
