I love days like this: knocking out the 16 minute Mercy Abs before I go to work, then taking on the longer workot when I get home. To some it might seem counterintuitive, but to me it makes perfect sense. After all, before work my wife and son are still awake. When I get home, he is asleep and she is winding down by reading. It makes more sense to do the shorter workout first so I can spend more time with them.
I wasn’t quite sure if my elbow would be up for this tonight. There are no weights. However, there is the Punch Combo section. I just took it easy and made sure I wasn’t overextending my arms. It seemed to hold up okay, but I still need to keep an eye on that.
