P90X/Rev Abs Hybrid: Day 60 (Rev It Up)

Today marks the day when I am OFFICIALLY two thirds of the way through this hybrid. I say “officially” because, if you go by the calendar, phase 2 ended last Thursday. However, this is day 60 out of 90.

It is a cool, breezy night here in upstate New York, yet I am still sweating after a round of Rev It Up Cardio. In fact, I don’t think I have ever gotten this sweaty after this workout. During the warm-up I even ran through sil lum tao and chum kiu, which I have been neglecting for far too long. I don’t know what it was that I needed to find in order to push myself to the next level, but somehow…I found it.
