P90X/Rev Abs Hybrid: Day 61 (Legs and Back-Ab Ripper X)

The day started out strong with me doing Ab Ripper X before work. Then it got kinda weak because, when I got home from work, I still felt full from lunch…TOO full, as a matter of fact. The kind of full where you say, “I might puke just from THINKING too hard!” Eventually though, this wave passed and I was able to do Legs and Back.
