P90X/Rev Abs Hybrid: Day 62 (Power Intervals 2)

Nothing like getting my workout done BEFORE Vanderheyden tonight! Today I am going to the company picnic for OCFS, so the first half of my day is nothing I have to be on time for. It starts at 12:30, but I can get there a little late. Then I am excused from work until 5:00. Taking all that into consideration, I decided to get my workout in now instead of at VH.

There were a couple reasons for this. (1) As I said above, I don’t have to be on time to a picnic like I would to my actual shift. (2) Once again, I have a ton of writing projects to review tonight. Some of these projects are stories I wrote ages ago and I am determining if they are worth keeping. The other writing task I have is deciding which story I want to send out next for possible publication. The previous story I sent out (“Me”) is one that has gotten rejection after rejection. In all honesty, it might NOT have been worth the effort to write and revise. Oh well…if nothing else, I have a backup plan for the majority of these stories: if they find rejection from every magazine I submit to, then I will see if there is an artist willing to convert it into a short comic. I have SEVERAL horror stories that could be reimagined as comics and then put into a collection. So who knows?
