Without a doubt, this one is always my favorite workout. This little tweak I’ve been feeling in my elbow still makes me a bit nervous to do pull-ups with the bar (I don’t want to put my elbow under the strain of lifting all my body weight!) so I am still using a resistance band to do my back exercises.
I really pushed it tonight! For about a minute after I was done, my biceps and forearms felt super tight. I couldn’t even make a fist!
