I don’t know what is wrong with me during this hybrid, ladies and gentlemen. I am really slipping. This is the SECOND Saturday in a row that I fell asleep instead of doing my workout. It was supposed to be Chest and Back/Ab Ripper X.
Today I decided to get back on the horse in a big way. Fat Burning Abs was on the schedule, so I did that PLUS the “Chest” portion of Chest and Back.
Tomorrow is Shoulders and Arms/Ab Ripper X. Then I will also be doing the “legs” exercises from Legs and Back because I never got around to making that up.
I’m thinking of investing in Beachbody’s newest supplement, which is the Energy and Endurance drink. It is a pre-workout drink that will help you be more energized for your workouts. This sounds like something I will really need for my Saturdays, especially when I get into the maniacal Insanity: Asylum.
One last thing: some of you who read this might wonder why I am not doing the “back” portion of Chest and Back/Legs and Back. Those of you who have read previous blogs will know this is due to my elbow pain. I haven’t been able to make an appointment with my doctor yet, and I don’t want to put my elbow under the strain of moving my entire weight up and down!
