P90X/Rev Abs Hybrid: Day 73 (Shoulders and Arms-Ab Ripper X-Legs)

As I promised myself yesterday, I did the “legs” of Legs and Back, immediately followed by Ab Ripper X. After that I had lunch, and I decided to wait until 3:00pm to do Shoulders and Arms. That wound up being closer to 3:15, but no matter…I still got it all done! Now I am back on track and ready to STAY that way for the last 17 days of this hybrid!
