Chest, Shoulders and Triceps was supposed to be my Saturday workout. I laid down on the couch at 7:30pm for a “quick nap” and didn’t wake up until 1:30AM!!! Thank God there are only two shifts left at my part-time job.
I came back strong on Sunday by doing Fat-Burning Abs before work and then doing Merciless Abs on my lunch break. This on-fire streak continued today (Monday) when I managed to get Back and Biceps done before work as well.
