I wasn’t sure I would even be able to get through this workout tonight. So glad I surprised myself again! One thing I found out though: my flexibility issues are still interfering with my ability to do Bow to Boat.
I don’t understand it. During my first round of P90X, I was able to do this move right out of the box. How is it that I have LESS flexibility even though I have spent lots more time working out and stretching? That just makes no sense!
