P90X/Rev Abs Hybrid: Day 87 (X Stretch)

I wound up being able to get this workout in before work, although there was some weird tightness on the left side of my chest that hurt so bad I had to call it quits with 20 minutes left. A while later I started to feel a little dizzy. Combined with the pain, I decided to call in. Now I am just lounging around the house, waiting for dinner and then a drive to Cohoes to bring my friend Kate home.

Three more days, and then there is another hybrid down! Next up is P90X Classic Plus. I’m supposed to start it on Saturday, August 4th, but I am going camping in Maine and don’t feel like dragging all the equipment I would need. Therefore, I am going to have a little hiccup in my rest week when I do Upper Body Plus and Abs Core Plus on my birthday (August 2). I will still be out of town on Sunday, August 5, but I can easily do that workout while I am away because it is just Interval X Plus…nothing needed except the DVD and my willpower.
