I managed to get Upper Body done before work. Then I did Abs/Core Plus on my lunch break. What sucks is that some of the moves require weights and a pull-up bar, which I couldn’t bring with me. I should have just done Ab Ripper X!
Today was my favorite, Kenpo Cardio Plus. I did my three empty hand wing chun forms to warm up. Then I adjusted some of the exercises to work around the problem of my foot. It isn’t in as much pain as it was, but I am far from completely recovered. There weren’t too many that I had to adjust, although I replaced the Gladiator by simply doing straight blasts back and forth across the room.
