P90X Classic Plus: Day 16 (Interval X Plus)

Talk about bringing it! I came home and pretty much got right into the workout. My foot is STILL bothering me, but I was able to do everything okay. The only thing I had to skip was the second repetition of 3 Point Push-Ups, once again courtesy of my left elbow. My doctor’s recommendation for my foot was to take some Aleve, and it would probably go away in a few days. If it isn’t gone by the end of next week, I’m going to have to call him for another idea. As it is, this foot has hurt MUCH longer than it should have. (The pain started back on August 5th!!!)
