I am writing about this here instead of Bully Free Fitness due to some technical issues.
Well, I am happy to announce my max out time for this round: I did not max out until 23:12! Not only that, but I took maybe only one extra break after that. I switched back and forth between following the regular workout and the modifier. (As it turns out, my calves STILL are not ready to do as many jumping jacks as Shaun T and friends.) Still, I am happy with these results.
One thing I noticed for the first time ever during this session: whenever I get too drained to follow the regular folks, I drop to the modifier way of doing things, but the people in the video don’t do that. When they have pushed their limit, they just stop instead of converting to the modifier until they gather their second wind. That makes no sense to me because even when you modify, you’re still pushing yourself.
To each their own, I guess. All I know is, I could do jumping jacks a LOT longer than I could when this started.
