I got over a cold not long ago. Then this morning I woke up with a stuffy nose and a sore throat! The stuffy nose has gone away, but some of the soreness remains. Still, I made myself go to wing chun class and then do my workout at home.
Tonight was pathetic. I maxed out at 8:31, but I know I will do better next time. Aside from V push-ups, what really burns me out are any moves in the plank position.
Anyway, I have a million things going on in the background as I try to type this. It’s hard to focus, and besides the other issues at hand are more important anyway.
I might give myself a break from blogging over the weekend. We’ll see though.
