Well, I think I have finally licked this illness. Took long enough…a little over 2 weeks.
Here’s what sucks about that: I was more than halfway through Insanity Max 30. Now I have missed so much that I might as well start over. In fact, that’s the advice pretty much all my fitness nut friends give me.
Why is that so bad? Because Max 30 uses no weights, and I was really looking forward to doing a hybrid of Max 30 and P90X 3 so I could get my bicep curl on again!
I guess there’s no rule that says I can’t restart my fitness journey with the hybrid, but I liked Max 30 and want to actually finish all 60 days.
Also, next week I will begin going back to wing chun again. Finally.
