As I have said before, during each of these workouts Shaun T wants you to record your “max out” time. That would be the first time you have to take a break other than the ones the people in the video take.
And guess what?
Today…I had NONE!!! That’s right: I was able to do the entire 30 minutes without any extra breaks. Now in the name of full disclosure, I will admit that for some moves I followed the modifier. However, this is still a HUGE accomplishment.
What a way to come back after being sick!!!
