Aw man, what a CLOSE one! I was chugging along at a decent clip, closing in on the end of the workout, when…wouldn’t you know it…I had to max out at 28:45!!! The culprit? Damn speed tricep dips!
Oh well. I still did better than the Steve of yesterday. Soon I will be able to go the entire time, and without following the modifier either!
And for my post-workout snack, I had chocolate Shakeology with peanut butter and banana.
