Insanity Max 30 Day 10 Sweat Intervals

I got around to this workout much later than I thought. As I began, I was thinking, “I’m not really into this tonight. Maybe I will stop at the 15 minute mark.” (Why 15 minutes? Because that is halfway.) Then I started feeling tired, so I decided to follow the modifier.

And you know what? The 15 minute mark came, and I didn’t feel like stopping. I thought maybe I would stop at 20, but that came and went too. I just kept chugging along, and before you know it, 30 minutes was up. I followed the modifier for about 95% of the workout, but I was still impressed by the fact that I DID NOT MAX OUT!!!

Again, I am being humble in admitting I was following the modifier, but still…compared to where I was a few weeks ago, not to mention that I was exhausted tonight, is still impressive…to me anyway!
