P90X 3 Insanity Max 30 Hybrid Day 15 The Challenge

The Challenge is a P90X 3 workout. Today I did 15 pull-ups and 25 push-ups. The program does many variations of these two exercises. For example:

PULL-UPS

Regular
Wide Grip
Close Grip
Vaulter Grip

PUSH-UPS

Standard
Military
Wide
Staggered Hands

I am probably forgetting a variation or two, but you get the idea. I worked up quite a sweat, not to mention got some soreness going in the chest and triceps. Now it is on to my shower and relaxing time!
