P90X 3 Insanity Max 30 Hybrid Day Something or Other CVX

Well, I thought I was going to get back into working out on Thursday. Then I realized that was the last day of the workout week. That, coupled with the fact that I’d gotten crappy sleep the night before, made me decide to hold off until today. Saturday is Day 1 of my workout week.

Today’s program of choice was CVX. While I didn’t hit it overly hard, I feel like I was at least above the “phoning it in” level, which is good.

I think my problem is the whole “been there, done that” feeling of it. I did P90X 3 and Insanity Max 30. Tony and Shaun have been in my life for a while; I am used to the whole P90X/Insanity routine now. It’s time for a change. Hopefully Tony’s approach in 22 Minutes Hard Corps will be just the kick in the rear I need to get excited again.

My other hobbies include writing, playing guitar, reading, watching movies, and listening to music. Recently I have gotten back into fitness, and this time I am DETERMINED to get the washboard abs...whether my metabolism will cooperate with me or not! The purpose of this blog is to write not only about my hobbies, but also about whatever crosses my mind, whether it is something I don't understand or something that aggravates me. So join me as I indulge my tendency to think too much about topics that don't usually cross anyone else's mind!
