Yesterday I said I would be uploading my training schedule. Well, here it is. I’m not sure how well you can see it, but if I zoom in any further, I worry it will get cut off.
Some of you may be reading this and wondering, “What the hell is a Chum Kiu? Or a Bong/Jut Gerk?” Well, have no fear. My next step is to go through these and explain each day on its own, unless of course one day repeats another, in which case they will be explained all at once!
Right now, there is only one thing missing from my regimen, and that would be a stretching routine. I may have it written it there, but I haven’t developed a routine that I like yet. Still, no worries: it is only a Google search away!
