It is a new week, which means the Wing Chun Challenge Group that I am in offered a new challenge, and I am proud to say it is the one that I myself suggested! It consists of 5 techniques. Each one is a simultaneous attack and defense. The names won’t mean anything to you, so maybe later on I will post the video I used to demonstrate it. Anyway, the challenge goes:

Pak da
Tan da
Gan da
Jut da
Biu da
******25 reps each, 2 sets


*Challenge set 1
*Challenge set 2

*Sil Lum Tao
*Chum Kiu
*Biu Jee
*Mook Jong

*250 punches in basic stance
*250 punches with a pivot
*50 front kicks
*50 side kicks
*50 low kicks
*50 lift kicks
*50 stomp kicks


*BREAKFAST: Bread (1 grain), Peanut butter (1 protein), Milk (1 dairy), Banana (1 fruit)
*SNACK 1: Crackers (1 grain), Small orange (1/2 fruit)
*LUNCH: Tuna (2 proteins), Carrots (1 vegetable), String cheese (1 dairy), Bagel (1 grain)
*SNACK 2: Bagel (1 grain), String cheese (1 dairy)
DINNER: (2 protein), (1 vegetable), (1 grain)

NOTE: Yes, someone brought in holiday cookies, and I had a few.
