Submit a Guest Post!

Do you have something interesting to say about fitness, nutrition, or a martial art that you study?

Whether it is in the form of an article or a video, the Online Wing Chun and Fitness Journal is now open to guest posts! Here’s how it works:

1) Contact me via my email: with your proposed article or video. I will determine if it is a good fit for the site.
2) Write a guest post of 500-750 words. Feel free to include 2-3 images. Be sure to place the images where YOU want them. Make sure the article is revised 100% to your liking before sending it, as I will not be editing.
3) For videos, I would say limit them to 3-5 minutes. Send me a written description of what is in the video. This will be posted on the site beneath your video.
4) Include contact information, websites, bios, and anything else you would want the audience to know about you.

Guest posts will be published every Friday. So if you sent me one as of this writing (Friday, December 23), it would not be published until December 30. You get the idea.
